Misleading info for this product
Bought this because I thought it was a good buy wish I had read the review because when you receive the product the little shaping tool is not in the box I ran customer services and they refunded me back five pound which is fair enough but still very disappointed looking forward to getting the correct item 😕

Fantastic cream however the gua sha tool was not included, my mother also ordered the same item and didn't receive one. The product title needs to be updated if the special edition ones have run out.

I have been using the cream for a week and haven't seen any difference so far. I was disappointed that the cream didn't have the tool included despite me ordering that particular product. I will continue to use the cream, it is pleasant to use and I will see if it works. I did take a before picture.

Good Value for big size
I had used Ageless for a while and found that it is quite good, light texture and keep my neck area not got worse that is what I want to. Come with Gua Sha Tool help more easy to firming.
