Slightly damaged on receipt
Haven't seen the contents yet as this is an advent calendar treat for myself. I would be a little embarrassed if gifting though as although it arrived, with 2 other items, appearing suitably packaged, the seal on the actual advent calendar itself was ripped open and the calendar squashed so another small flap keepin the goods in was open. For the price paid for this, and a 1st time purchaser, has put me off, i don't think this damage was on shipment, i feel it was a damaged/ possibly opened box, shipped. Hope the contents make up for it in my COVID treat!

Product looks great, although not yet sampled because it’s an Advent Calendar and won’t be opened ‘til December 1st! Would like to say though that the packaging was excellent. I purchased 2 from another online retailer and had to return them because the containers were badly damaged due to poor, inadequate packaging. The 3 I purchased from M&S were really well protected. My friends and me look forward to sampling the product!

I love L Occitane products and this is a good value gift. Unfortunately the card packaging was rather battered and the seal broken. Given the current circumstances and the fact that the contents appear intact I have kept it. It is a birthday gift for my daughter and she will understand, but it’s a shame that it’s less than perfect.

I bought this (along with another box of L'Occitane products) as a Thank You for my niece - she was very happy with it. There are a lot of products in it of course and the quality is excellent. Very attractive packaging too. I would definitely recommend it - and it suits all ages.

I ordered 5. 2 came bubble wrapped in separate boxes. 3 were in green bags and badly damaged,ripped. I had to return and received replacements. Not happy. Photos sent to Customer Services already.

I have given this a 5 star rating even though I personally haven't actually seen the product. I live overseas and ordered this as a "bit of pre Christmas fun" for my niece who lives in the UK. The 5 stars are for the joy expressed when she received her gift. I'm sure she will have fun opening the windows and sampling the products. Great idea.
