Needs a shoulder strap pad
Yes, I recommend this
The bag does the job and was perfect for a short haul flight. However, after its first use, the strap had grazed my shoulder. Of course, this may be a factor of the weight of what I was carrying, but I’ve not had this issue with similar shoulder bags. So I’ve had to buy a shoulder strap pad to avoid the problem reoccurring.
