Amazing quality, and extremely breathable. I love running in these (that's why I have 5 of them, lol). However, I would be mindful that the fabric can start to deteriorate at the armpits when doing more strenuous activities like weightlifting. Still an amazing running product.

Very nice, ULTRA lightweight shirt. Not a runner but I do tend to sweat quite a bit during gym workouts. This shirt is perfect for those in-between seasons. Not quite warm enough for a t shirt, but not quite cold enough for a long sleeve. This one slides into that niche perfectly. VERY form fitting
