Got this for training / coaching. It’s not too tight so gives plenty of freedom. I’d say it runs slightly on the long side compared to other tops from Adidas of the same size. Not overly and mainly on the arms but then it’s partially designed to cover the back of your hands via the thumb loops. I do love it

Much heavier and warmer than all the other Adidas running pieces that I have, even the vests and jackets. I suppose it’d be ok for running in the winter, maybe in the 30-40s with a light vest on, but too warm for just a chilly morning. Think about sizing down as it runs kinda big.
