not happy with the new socks
No, I don't recommend this
The reason I chose this pack of socks was that the item was described as 'sumptuously soft'. Any slightly rough material would cause itchiness on my feet. There are three pairs of this pack(the ones with shinny silver material) both outside and inside feel not smooth or soft. I didn't want to make a hassle to return. So I washed them straight away and hoped they will get softer after being washed. The answer is no. They are still rough after wash and as soon as I put them on, my feet are itchy immediately. So I bought five pairs of soft socks, only two pairs are really soft.

I was disappointed with these, they have plastic glitter running through the socks, can’t imagine how they could be comfortable! It was not evident from the online picture. I did not try them on as I want to return them, the finish inside the sock looks poor. Not value for money.

Ordered online which was easy and kept fully informed about its delivery ... item arrived and quite a surprise to find the spotted ones were sparkly which i wasn't expecting but not they're not scratchy or uncomfortable quite the opposite, wasn't looking for sparkly ones but will keep as i like them and they wash well no shrinkage

nice and sparkly on the spotty socks which do not show up in the photo on-line. However, I wouldn't say they were "sumptuously soft" just normal really!

Three of these pairs have a lurex style thread through them which I didn’t spot from the photo. It makes them sparkly and quite prickly. They are very thin. Not as expected.

Just normal socks, nothing 'sumptuous' or particularly 'soft' about them. They're nice socks, although I didn't realise they had glitter on them (possibly my fault for not reading properly) and probably wouldn't have brought them if I'd realised. They are pretty socks but I wanted ones that were more fluffy for wearing around the house, rather than every day socks so a bit disappointed that they weren't as described and also don't feel they're good value for money.
