No, I don't recommend this
I've worn M&S trainer socks for years. I purchased my usual size and they have shrunk meaning that the sock ends up under my foot in the trainer after just a few steps. Complete waste money. I have purchased the larger size and they too have shrunk but so far fit. Would not purchase again. Another example of declining quality of Marks and Spencer

These lost their shape really quickly. The elastic at the top was really loose fitting which made the socks fall down even when wearing shoes. I have found this a regular problem with M&S trainer socks so will not be purchasing socks from here in the future.
