Nice quality but weird shoulder/ arm joints/ seams
No, I don't recommend this
Nice shirts but been a nightmare to iron and only just figured out why. I'm an older bloke so don't know correct terminology but here goes. I couldn't figure out why the arm joints(?) creases (?) seams (?) were causing a major issue that none of my other shirts did until it dawned on me that there was something fundamentally wrong with how the sleeves were cut/ aligned at the shoulder. The bottom sleeve seam stitching(?) when ironed forms the top sleave crease in all shirts but it then caused weird alignment at the front/ rear shoulder stitching that caused the shirt to hang wrong in my opinion and its because, on every other shirt I've got, that top "crease"(?) lines up about mid point of the shoulder section which makes perfect sense but on these it hits the very front of the shoulder stitched bit (pics 1, 2 & 3) and the front/ rear stitching bits don't line up at all so, aside from the ironing issue, it feels like you're falling forwards and just doesn't hang correctly. My old and favourite Rael B cream shirt hits mid point and hangs great (pics 4 & 5) as soes the P England blue. Even the t&w shirts I bought from another cheaper chain cut/ hang the same as those so it's not just the price point, it's something fundamentally wrong with how the sleeves have been aligned a stitched together so I'm reluctant to wear them anymore. Sad really. Maybe it's just this batch because I don't remember previous ones having this issue so it would be nice to know it is this or if it's the same with everyone else as won't be buying again otherwise. That said, they're good quality and brilliant white , it's just a shame they don't "wear" or iron correctly Right now I wouldn't recommend these to anyone because I think there's a manufacturing fault that needs to be addressed first

Good shirt for work.

General work shirt. I needed 5 and got the same as last time because they last for years. These are not as easy to iron as I hoped. They dry quickly and are pretty comfortable.

Replacement shirts - had before and quite happy

Needed some new shirts and usually go to Marks and Spencer for these - I normally but the 3 pack but the 5 pack was better value per shirt so I went for that instead. A good quality item albeit comes a tad creased (nothing you can do about that I suppose), but all washed and ironed and doing a superb job.

White Collar Workers.
Good quality, fit well and reasonably priced pack of work shirts.

Disappointing.
I buy a pack of these for work every 12 to 18 months and have always been very satisfied with fit and quality. On this occasion I have to agree with many of the recent reviews about the fit. Although the collar (15 1/2) size is the same as usual the shirt is significantly tighter across the chest. Also the material seems thinner and more see through than before. The contrast between areas with two layers (seams etc.) and one layer of material in the body is very obvious. There wasn't a size 16 to try for a better fit anywhere but the collar would probably be too big and the issue with the thiness of the material was enough to put off anyway. Shame, until a great value and quality product for work shirts. Will need to find alternative elsewhere. Delivery was on time and free returns by post or collection up to excellent standard as usual with M and S so must praise them for this.

The shirts are well made and decent comfortable fit. Body length is good too. Only thing is their getting more and more expensive.

Very poor quality!
Had approx a week. One pocket broken on one shirt and back of sleeve ripped on another. Poor stitching obviously. Very disappointing because I have bought M&S shirts for years. I will be returning goods to store.

Poor quality

Poor quality for the price, they are very cheap light weight material, short in the sleeve and in the body, tight in the chest and very loose at the stomach, under arm, left arm is loose, right arm is tight. Could of gone elsewhere forester quality and better price. Really disappointed.

Have purchased multipack white shirts before but these are poorer quality, have a blue haze colour, so not true white. They were horrendous to iron. Would not recommend or purchase again.

Very poor quality compared to the very same shirts in the past - which we can only assume is a case of M&S reducing costs. A shame as Marks and Spencer’s quality is a key part of the brand and was its advantage over its rivals. Unfortunately the quality does not match the price, as alternative retailers offer the same quality as these for less.

Thin fabric which is almost see through. I have been buying these five pack shirts for years and needed to replace but had one brand new shirt from my last pack, the difference in quality was shocking the fabric is thin the cut is small although the old shirts fit perfectly so it’s not me that’s gained weight, the quality is that poor I’ve returned them. I’m really disappointed and reluctant to purchase M&S again.

Disappointing.
Bought as school shirts because we couldn’t get the size we needed. Not as good quality. Thinner material. One button disintegrated within a day.

Good quality. Wash well and don't always need ironing (unless it is your desire to be conpletely crease free)

Bought these for my son in year 9 as school shirts and they fit really well. One shirt for each day of the week, less than £15 per shirt!
