These are really great my dad who is 89 has a long term catheter and was getting a bad rash from his other pants but these have been fabulous and cleared up his rash. He finds them very comfortable and there great quality too

Weird restrictive shape

Weird shape, with ridiculously long crotch, making the boxers feel restrictive to leg movement. Not great for people with longer legs. Seem to be made ok, although I hope they last longer than the last batch of boxers I bought from here, as they developed holes all along the border of the elasticated waist band after only a few washes...

Quite pleased with these boxers .Nicely made with a quality fabric however I do find that my skin is sometimes irritated by it. Actually I suspect it’s probably the elastic ( or its content) which causes this. It would be great if M&S would look into developing more hypoallergenic elasticity. Over to you!
