Holes in a couple of pairs

I bought this underwear for my holiday, took them with me unopened. Unfortunately, 2 of the 5 pairs had holes in them and I had to wear them anyway as I only had a limited amount of pairs for when I was away. Since then bits have unravelled too. Such a shame because I like the pairs that are ok. Looked up contacting M&S quality department and there is only a phone number and I struggle making calls. Never mind, I won't buy them again.
