Been buying socks from M & S for 40 years but the quality is getting worse. These are far too big yet i bought my usual size. They are too big from heal to toe and too big from heal to knee. They go 3/4 way up your leg then slide down in a wrinkly mass around your ankle. Why. Just poorly made and poor quality.

The socks were fine but as a result of my experience in trying to purchase another item 20 minutes later on the website and, a few days later, with an operative on the telephone, I have now removed all my personal data and do not intend to make another purchase from Marks and Spencer ever again. Your website is a nightmare, possibly due to the interference of Artificial Intelligence. It appears that your staff are insufficiently trained and your systems inadequately set up to cope with AI malfunctions.

These socks are very good. They are cushioned ans help old feet. They are warm and help poor circulation. However, they are not as good as their predeccesors, which were cushioned and wool and 'tailored' left and right foot. I still have two pairs of the left & right ones, which I only use on days when I will be standing for a long time. If you have any of the left & rights left over I would like to buy them
