Online picture not the same as received light

Loved the design and previous reviews. Great fast delivery. We put the light up in its packaging to reduce Contact of the shades. (Had I unwrapped it all first I would have returned it) The wire is pale grey nylon lighter than advertised and is taking time to straighten, the part in the ceiling fitting does not have the chrome attachment detail as advertised the 5 cords just go into holes. One of the cream shades was marked badly. Some of the marks came off. Really disappointed that key design features were misrepresented with the online picture.

We love this light fitting. We’d been looking for over a year for one to replace an old landing light fitting. My husband fitted it with no problems and we have had lovely comments about it. One thing to note - it was so well packaged it took both of us to try and extricate each lamp shade out the box as they were individually packed. If we’d had to return it we’d have never been able to re pack. Luckily we did not have to!

New lights look great in my kitchen . The colours match my chairs exactly and the muted shades are so classy ! Great quality and the ceramic feel of the lamps is so much nicer than steel. Certainly recommend !
