Tried this jacket on in store & loved, but, didn't hang properly at the front, on bottom hem. Orderd online, same issue, ordered online again & just the same. Disappointed as really liked the style, for price should hang properly & for £69 lined. Returned both online purchases.

Material not nice....looks like a classic jacket but it is not...great shame...M&S used to do such lovely classic clothes......

So bad I could not bear to try it on!

The jacket I received is nothing like its Iisting, to be frank I do not know really where to start! It is NOT lined, is the cheapest thinnest shiny polyester. Looks like it has been worn and washed. The buttons had loose cotton sticking up and the body of the jacket is huge with what looks like tight fitting sleeves in stark comparison. I have never returned an M&S item but this was returned same day it arrived. Really looks like something a charity shop would decline. £69 I think not! Where as I ordered a £35 open front linen look jacket and had low expectations as that one is advertised as unlined and it is fabulous - superb buy! Go for that one girls!

I have the matching satin trousers, which I am going to keep as being polyester they will hopefully pack well and do as smart evening trousers on holiday. I am 5'4" and ordered both short and regular. The regular were a better fit all round. They are full length on me but the shorter ones didn't fit at all well. The jacket however is terrible - it looks cheap and fits rather like a straight jacket with the sleeves appearing to be set wrongly. I have put that it is small - in general it is not - it fits over the shoulders with the sleeves being the problem.
