Shaw67 Perfect if you have a bad back After reading all the reviews, I went ahead and brought mine last week. I suffer with Sciatica and lower back problems. Since having this mattress topper, I have slept so much better and my back still hurts but it is 50% better in a week !!! it has improved my back a lot and wished I had brought it years ago. So if you suffer with hip or back pain I would recommend getting this mattress topper.
