I’ve bought the same style for years and the strap width is narrower which is not good for larger ladies so they didn’t give the shoulder support required. I looked in store and after the F cup the straps are wider not sure why the design has changed

These were to replace my existing bra set. They had the same product code and size, but you have reduced the depth of the back strap from 3 hooks to 2 hooks, and the shoulder straps are thinner. Big girls need the extra support! If I hadn't been going on holiday the next day. I would have returned them. Very disappointed.
