Very good work shirts, easy to iron. These have breast pockets which is useful as a work shirt. Can be used for casual wear as well. Different colour pack would be useful like off-white grey black

Why do shirts not have pockets on them anymore? Always bought shirts from M&S. saw these ones in packs of three and thought I would try. Would have wanted blue checks but took the plain ones and they are great. Husband keeps his phone in his pocket so we are all fine now. Will buy more!

M & S reliable quality and service
I have bought M &S shirts for some time. Tried other brands and come back to M &S. The traditional style and quality for a competitive price is ideal. Not having my size, and fitting the latest pack of three shirts was ordered and brought to my local store.

M&S quality? Not as good as the 5/6 year old cotton shirts the new ones replaced. Says regular fit but defo narrower around the waist. Tighter by about an inch. Fabric feels like polyester. Wife has commented that M&S clothes have “dumbed down” but price has increased. Will try Next in future

The long size fits nicely
I'm 6'3" and its so nice to discover that the long size fits me perfectly. The cuffs are where they should be and the shirt is long enough to tuck in properly.

The fabric of these shirts is rough and scratchy on the skin - hence the title of this review. I've washed them twice in the hope that it will soften but without success. The wearer has found them most uncomfortable. Bought these as they were the only shirts that had breast pockets.

Sizes
At last, a M&S clothing item that is almost true to size! Several items purchased in the past had to be returned or given away as they just didnt fit...too tight, too long shorter than label stated, standard fit shirts that were moe slim fit. I could go on but M&S dont seem to listen.

No, I don't recommend this
I found these shirts disappointing. For me the polyester content was too high & I have to hold my sleeve cuffs when pulling on a jumper otherwise the sleeves disappear up my arm. Higher cotton & lower polyester mix would be much better, as in the 'old days'.

The choice of Marks & Spencer Formal Shirts choice has nose-dived. This choice was aa reluctant choice for the options available. I used to be able to count on M&S as being the 'go to' place for my formal 'working shirts'. Disappointingly this is no longer the case.
