I’ve bought these more than once for my autistic daughter. They are literally great quality. Wash well and I really like the fact that marks and Spencer’s offer these items. It’s so difficult for SEN mums without struggling to find items that are accessible for our children.

I bought these as they are ideal for keeping my incontinence pull up pants and nappy secure in place when I’m wearing them. I only wish that M&S did a bigger size ie 17/18 or adult sizes because I believe there would be huge demand for adults to wear these as they are ideal for those with incontinence requirements.
