I ordered these for my husband in the 3XL size, although initially they felt very comfortable the fit for someone of a larger size is poor, they keep sliding down, not because the waist size is wrong but because the ratio of the waist size to depth is wrong. The depth of them needs to be deeper so they fit higher on the waist.

I have purchased literally hundreds of these'premium' pants (for work and myself) and it seems the quality has lowered in a way where they are not the same garment anymore. It is probably to hit a price point but this defeats the object, they are not "super soft" anymore, the waistband is now horrible nylon and the fit has also changed. MARKS AND SPENCER you are known for your underwear, please don't mess with the proven bread and butter basics of your business. A once loyal underwear customer.
