Not what I was hoping for.
I was taken aback by the quality and the more than generous size. Usually buy cotton briefs but none were available in shop. Didn’t have my size in these hence mail order, Am sure they will be a good seller just not what I hoped id

I have bought this type of knickers for many years and I was SO disappointed with the latest iteration - they are thin and very poor quality. Come on M & S you should not be providing goods of this poor standard.

Excellent quality. I always buy Sloggi pants. If you intend to tumble dry them after washing, it might be better to buy the next size up than you normally would do, as they are made from cotton and elastane, so they tend to shrink back a little bit in the heat of the dryer. Not a problem if you are aware of this.

These are very good value for money and every day wear. They wash well. My one problem is that with delicate skin I find the leg ‘elastic’ a little tight at the back. If these could be made with a slightly more expandable front and back strip round the legs, rather than the thin, the knickers would be perfect.

I haven’t put on any weight but first time a size 12 pants have been too tight for me. I usually buy M&S underwear. Very disappointed and waste of money as can’t be returned

Not impressed as another item received in ripped packaging. The items were due to be a gift for an elderly lady but had to pack differently so she would receive before going into hospital. Again not impressed with the customer service and outcome.
