Great but small sizing
Yes, I recommend this
Great quality and great price, especially with the post surgery reduction. I think I paid £12.50 for the pack instead of £18 which is a bargain. I bought x2, but returned x1 because the sizing is small. Good quality and well made. Tight fitting for stoma support.

They are really good quality, quite thick almost like Lycra leggings feel. Husband found them supportive and also help with his hernia. Would recommend

Great quality but no access for urination
Liked the trunks, held stoma bag well ,husband was excited to have ‘normal undies ‘however so disappointed that no access to urinate ,need to take off completely so not really suitable on daily basis ,so sadly marks knocked off for this. M&S please can you design undies that can ,not only hold stoma bag but also access to urinate.

Excellent product. Well made. Comfortable to wear. Holds the stoma bag securely inside an inner pocket.

Good quality but inside pouch disappointing.
No, I don't recommend this
The product is of very good quality but my husband finds the double inside stoma bag cover is not as good as the cotton separate bag covers he usually uses

Need a larger sizes
Yes, I recommend this
I have bought 6 pairs XL very comfortable to ware unfortunately I could do with a larger size as the 2XL pull down on the stoma bag and sticking to the adhesive the top of the stoma bag. Also could do with a fly zipper or buttons as it’s a faff having to pull down your trouser to use the loo

A good product but sadly not for my family member
Yes, I recommend this
Very good quality and well made, but sadly were not suitable. All stomas are different and I understand it isn’t possible to accommodate everyone.

Comfy and Secure
Yes, I recommend this
Really comfortable and really pleased I purchased them. Feel very confident wearing them and bag is secure in the built-in pocket. They would benefit from having an opening at the front.

Good quality

Good quality materials, however I personally had to deal with the constant roll over every time I stood up and pull the top back over the stoma.

Great value
Yes, I recommend this
They don’t look medical. They didn’t roll down and made me feel secure. Just need them in white now for formal wear with a shirt.

I bought thes underpants as I have a stoma. However, I have no idea how they should be worn.

So pleased that Marks & Spencer are now selling stoma underwear for men. Excellent quality and very affordable price. This is going to make such a difference for people with stomas.

Boxer shorts with Stoma Pouch
No, I don't recommend this
The idea of these boxer shorts is good but we found the material was extremly tigh It was difficult for my husband to put his stoma pouch in the pouch inside the boxer and to pull them up around his waist without help. This made it difficult if the stom pouch needed attention This has nothing to do with the size as the size was a good fit but the flexibility of the material and waist band

Exceptional value for money
Yes, I recommend this
At last, well fitting stoma pants for men. Husband loves them, his only complaint he would have liked a fly front

Seemingly not intended for fat guys.
No, I don't recommend this
As a more rotund middle aged gentleman I found these unworkable. I had tried both the L and XL sizes before giving up. The internal pouch is a great idea but the pants need to be pulled high up your stomach, à la Simon Cowell, in order to allow your stoma bag to sit comfortably in the pouch. In my case the girth of my stomach caused the pants to be very tight especially around the stoma opening area to such a degree my stoma bag was prevented from opening. And in fact my stoma bag was pressed hard onto my smaller intestine meaning no output could get into the bag and instead leaked out around the bag to some embarrassment whilst discussing finance for a new car. If you’re flat chested or of a more average build these may work well but for me as a fat guy, most definitely not.

A must have and quality material
Yes, I recommend this
I brought them as saw them on another person’s Instagram, I recently had life saving surgery and had been wearing my bag outside of my clothes. They are a great product as the pocket holds the bag in place and they stay in place without rolling down, size guide might now be correct, I measured myself and it says I should be XXL, u bought a Large and the are a perfect fit, they could be slightly better as the seem is quite think but I’m getting used to it. I mentioned it to a few other people I met in hospital and on other Stoma groups, the OT’s in rehabilitation have mentioned them but not met anyone who used them until I showed them mine. I’ve ordered an XL to see if they bottom part of the boxers are as tight.

A good idea but ….
No, I don't recommend this
On seeing these on the website I thought they were a good idea, a great price and thought had gone into the design of them. On receiving them the first I noticed is how thick the cotton was and how heavy they are. Wearing them I found them to be very tight, despite ordering Large for a 36” waist. The elastic waistband is a particularly tight fit and after a while bacame uncomfortable to wear. The pouch pocket idea is a good one. Overall the idea is a good one, wearability for long periods was a downside for me and the thickness of the cotton material made wearing them felt like I was wearing compression pants.
