Very surprised but delighted !
Yes, I recommend this
You don't usually find "Stoma" gear for men at such reasonable prices. Also the quality and fit are excellent. I will definitely order again, and white would be a great option.

Seemed very tight material and not xxl. Given the purpose they were designed for, I could not recommend them. Need to be more generous in size; and stretchier fabric.

Not Good
No, I don't recommend this
The pocket for the stoma bag is too low down, so the bag did not reach. Also you need to pull down the pants as there is no opening, not good if you are using public toilets. Sadly does not work

OK.... but
Yes, I recommend this
They seem to do the job although I think the waist band material needs to exert a bit more pressure on the stoma. The internal pockets are a complete waste of time for me and just make it more difficult to put the trunks on. I would never let my bag get so full that it required external support. If pockets are a real need, they need to be fastened to the body of the trunks at the front. Currently it is far to easy to put your foot down into the gap between the pocket and the front of the trunks.

Stoma Underwear perfect!
Yes, I recommend this
My partner had his bladder removed this year and now relys on a bag. Finding the right underwear has been a challenge. I came across these by accident on the M&S website thought we'd give them ago. He loves them! Well done M&S! And well done the designer comfortable and practical

Great that you stock medical clothing

Excellent for the price compared to healthcare sites you would only get 1 pair for the same price of 3 Sizing a bit of an issue you need to order a size above your normal size Well Done M&S

Really Nice Idea But A Few Flaws.
Yes, I recommend this
Really good idea and a first in UK high street shops. Well done M&S! The material is thick and heavy and seems to offer good support. Not a substitute for a proper hernia belt but nicely smooths the profile under your clothes if you are going out for a day. However - there is no fly so it's either pull them right down, not really possible at a urinal, or pull leg to one side and do it that way. The leg is quite short so an option. Other critisism is the grip at the top can pull down on the baseplate of the bag and peel it off! Fixed by using elastic tape over the tab at the top of the bag.

Very Disappointing
No, I don't recommend this
Not very successful, bought for my husband as a colostomy user he thought they would be good, but they do not have a fly hole to use the toilet therefore can not be used because obviously each time he uses the toilet he has to to take down jeans/trousers pull down pants to pee. Are you aware that some men’s public and business premises toilets do not even have a sit down toilet only urinals. How the heck could he wear these outside the house, very disappointing!!!

Supportive for my bag, has given me confidence and reassurance. Would be great to have them in different colours, grey and white and also a front opening like standard boxers

Not for me.

I’m sorry but I didn’t find these any good at all I found the waste line too short and didn’t cover me properly leaving the top of my bag exposed.

Really good quality product. Pity it doesn't come in white for wearing a white shirt as they show through. Otherwise I would throughly recommend.

They are ok but go 2 sizes up from your normal size. . Ended up buy three different sizes before we found a size that fitted. Still a Bit to tight.

Bought these for my hubby, he’s 3 years into stoma life, he finds the stoma trunks very supportive and comfortable, he’s going to buy some more! Definitely a hit with him and his stoma, who is called Winnie! He highly recommend to others with stomas.

At last - stoma pants for men
Yes, I recommend this
They’ve been a long time coming but finally M&S have produced very practical well made ostomony underpants for men with stomas. They are practical and supportive, however for me a little longer in the leg and slightly shorter in the body would be my preference!

MEN'S STOMA PANTS
No, I don't recommend this
I bought a size larger than my normal and they were still tight. They were also much too high waisted, which was also too tight. With no slot to use for a pee, it is a little difficult. I don't think I will be able to use them.
