Shrink when washed
They shrink when they are washed at 40. Degrees need stretching out.

Be warned. Hand wash only!!
My fault that I didn’t read the washing instructions so I just treated that as other socks and put them in the washing machine at 20 degrees. Six pairs came out shrunk and felted! Lovely to wear for my non mobile husband but as his carer which takes up most of my day, I would never buy ‘hand wash only’ socks. Am going to buy some Merino wool socks now - without Cashmere!
