The zipper strip part is made of poor synthetic material than the usually strong fabric. Even the zipper itself feels plasticky, hence it broke

Great jacket and fantastic quality. I have a similar 3 in 1 jacket from a leading outdoor brand which costs over twice the rrp and far inferior in terms of quality. I have recently bought a lot of items from M&s in the same size and all fit perfectly. However i feel the arms feel a tad short on this jacket- reason for deducting a star.
