Beautiful, comfortable, healthy to sleep mattress

I have received my beautiful mattress with a very, very delay of the delivery after calling to remind M&S. Only one person did the delivery, not two people I was expecting (in order to keep it unfolded, as required by instructions). The plastic envelope was very dirty, with black straps of dust, and a hole! The mattress itself looks very well and will hopefully be comfortable for my arthritic joints!
