These are such wonderful tights, comfortable and just opaque enough to cover thread veins etc. BUT the colour is just awful. They are too dark and look very oldfashioned and no good at all with pale shoes or summer dresses. Please produce them in a more flattering colour!

I bought these tights as colour described as ‘nude’. I did see they previous customer said they were more of a brown colour, but took a chance that new stock had been ordered. Being pale skinned, these definitely are not my nude. Shame.

I was so pleased when these tights came back online as I have wished all summer that I had brought more than one pair earlier in the year. How disappointed I was to find that the two new pairs I ordered on line were not the same quality and definitely not the same COLOUR. I would not have described the original pair as NUDE but they were Ok. The new pairs were so much darker with a definite BROWN tone and would not suit my wardrobe of clothes. Also the quality was not the same. Did not try the fit as I decided to take both pairs back untried. I wish the excellent ideas and styles for M&S clothes could be translated in to excellent and consistent quality - certainly a truly 'nude' 30 denier pair of tights would be so useful.. .

These are wonderful. The fit, support, feel and look I cannot fault. Quality is there too. ONE DOWNSIDE is the seam around the reinforced toe. It is rather thick, and the foot needs a little fiddling to get the seam in place where there will be no pressure on toes. Other than that they are SO SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE 20denier TRADITIONAL FIRM SUPPORT TIGHTS, of which, I now have a redundant stock, which will probably go to a charity shop! I purchased Medium and am 5ft.0in By the way, why is this NUDE version NOT stocked in my local M & S or LAKESIDE? The BLACK version is, in a double pack and if you're lucky you may find a single pack of the black, which I believe is NOT available on line.. Being discontinued or re packaged so the price can be increased?

I always wear M & S Opaque tights in the Winter but wanted a 30 denier pair that wasn't black to wear with dresses. Well, these tick all the boxes and actually do what is described on the pack. The fit is perfect, although I would say the waist band feels too tight. They give comfortable support & feel lovely & warm. What a bonus too as I have some thread veins and they are much less noticeable under these tights. I bought them in nude as they looked closest to a tan colour. I wasn't disappointed the colour is spot on! Thank you M & S please don't ever discontinue these. I will be buying more!!

Lovely tights, nice colour, nice fit. However, hole appeared at the top of the leg after one day of use. Would not recommend these tights, plus quite expensive if only getting one wear out of them.

One of the problems of reviewing for M&S is we hardly get the chance to wear these for a portion of the lifetime of the product. Maybe, after about 12 miles walking in these outdoors, as has been the case, the review is more justified. These are essentially spring or autumn tights if worn outdoors given they are best used in an outdoor context in a temperature of below or around 15C but above about 10C. Below 10, you may have to go for 40 denier or 60 plus. There is a comfortable gusset of about 6 by 2 inches that is soft and oval. The cotton content is minimal, perhaps mainly at the gusset. The material feels quite soft and a little rubbery or elastic. Yes, they fitted quite well if a little on the tighter side. At 13C in light jeans, they were very cooling as I sweated at my upper body during a morning walk - they drew the heat away from the body. In a walk where things got a little colder, yes they were more than adequately warm and comfortable (they embrace the legs). They look semi opaque. The toe width is not especially generous and the sizing is a tad small given that after several miles of walking, they started sliding down a little. After 12 miles of walking, they've started laddering in the hip area, where I was having to pull them to stop them from descending while wearing yoga pants. Still happy with them. I think the value for money is not as good as it could be and the XL size could be a bit more generous. The manufacturers are going in the right direction and these do represent a superior breed of hosiery technology compared to a one size fits all, throwaway garment. This is not that. Says hand wash only, so to be treated like a delicate. Good for outdoor workouts I think apart from fulfilling indoor or cosmetic functions for which they'd be fine.

Whilst these tights are good slitty etc etc what I want are my 20 denier gloss tights in American tan back. PLEASE For the summer the 30 denier are too thick and there was no choice of colour. You do not seem to understand that older people cannot always ear the very thin 10/15 denier tights. Our skin on our feet is no longer soft and we need something a little stronger but that doesn't look like 'old lady' tights. Please bring back what was your only remaining 20 denier version.

I love body sensor tights because they are the only tights that have ever really fit me. I have big thighs. Other tights cater for big hips but they don't accommodate the legs very well. Please don't ever 'improve' body sensor tights. they are perfect.

My Lovely Tan Tights

I have waited a long time for these tights ,but well worth waiting for. They are called Nude but are a lovely tan ,such a nice fit and look great with any dress. They are also very warm especially on these cold days . I love the soft feel and being sheer to the waist band .Will be buying more of these tights .
