Thinking of cutting the legs off
I've been using the m&s heavy absorbency knickers which do the job but sometimes peak at the front. These look great and the pad does stretch a bit more front and back but I was finding the fabric between the groin also takes on fluid so I couldn't wear for long. Salt make a better super heavy period knickers without the long legs. I should have gone for more of those

These are not for looking sexy but are perfect for those of us who have occasional leaks or unexpected urgency. They genuinely absorb a lot giving back dignity. I have lots of pairs. For me they aren’t forpperiods just for urine leakage and they do their job.

Comfortable and good quality but still leaked through after a couple of hours when on my heaviest days. I think this is more down to the design rather than the absorbency. The padding could be a bit wider. The ‘heavy’ absorbency underwear were better.

I tried M&S stoma pants and they didn’t come up high enough for me. I found these period pants suited my need much more. I have an ileostomy bag, which I can tuck in the pants, knowing if it should leak , I feel secure. I recommend for women and men. I would like the waist even higher if possible.
