I wanted a couple of pairs of shapewear shorts to wear to work (I’m a key worker) that held me in but not to the point where I could barely breathe during the day. These are perfect. Can move and breathe properly and are comfortable all day

No, I don't recommend this
Just bought these. I think they are pretty good, but could be better. I wish the waist band were broader and more elastic. I bought a larger size than normal to avoid the waist being too tight and slipping down, but this happens all the same. Perhaps the waist band could be rubberised to stop it from rolling down which is rather annoying. The thighs could be tighter, but then this is due to the larger size I purchased.
