I was disappointed with the product I am usually a 14 but ordered a 16 to allow for a looser fitting but they are very uncimfortable due to size

Save your coins! The quality on these is so shockingly poor that they didn't last a day of wear. I bought sloggi pants years ago and those lasted a lot longer. How can I get my money back on these, M&S?!!!!
