This would have been a wonderful gift had the cracker not been squashed beyond recognition and the cardboard ripped. I needed three but could only get two in John Lewis. I was delighted to find one in stock in M&S however the state that it arrived in means I couldn’t possibly give it to anyone ☹️

Product is excellent.On click and collect counter,I opened the M&S wrapping and the cracker packet came off and it was crushed ( because of plastic packing ) I guess for fragile stuff ,M&S should use cardboard or a harder plastic packing . Beautiful product for gifting - doesn’t look cheap and definitely recommend it

Lovely item for the money. Take a risk in getting it online, my original was posted to the shop when I opened it, it was crushed and the cracker ripped at one end. Best to purchase in the shop, if you can. I managed to get a replacement in my local store. Would have given 5 stars if I had not had the hassle of exchanging it.

Beautifully packaged and expect the contents will be of a high quality as the brand is so good. Almost did not purchase due to some reviews of poor packaging used in delivery, but took a chance. SO glad I did, The crackers arrived in a box, and were well cushioned, they were perfect. Well done M & S.

I bought this as a little pick- me-up gift for someone who deserved a treat. I was familiar with the contents which is excellent & the recipient was delighted with it. Unfortunately as I ordered it online with other heavy products everything was parceled loosely in a plastic bag and so this cracker box was crushed by the other products. Under other circumstances I may have returned the items to have a more presentable gift but as retailers are all suffering at this time I decided not to make an issue of it. A lovely small selection of excellent skincare tasters/treats irrespective of packaging!
