2 Pack Pure Cotton Floral Pillowcases

Lovely set of pillowcases - exactly as described on the website, and the picture shows the colour and style precisely. I recently bought a pair of pillowcases on M&S's website which were described as grey and the picture on the website certainly showed grey pillowcases. When they arrived, they were definitely not grey, but beige. There was a seal/sticker on the packet saying that once opened, the pillowcases could not be returned for a refund, but I had to remove the pillowcases from the cardboard packaging in order to see them properly. When I saw that they were not as described, I re-packaged them and returned them for a refund - this was received 2 weeks later. I have read reviews by customers who have not returned mis-represented pillowcases because the sticker on the packaging warned them not to; don't be put off by this as you have a right to a refund if the goods you've purchased on-line are not accurately described and presented in the photograph.
