Easy first bra
We got a pack of the plain white bras for my 12-year-old. She finds them very comfortable to wear under school shirts and less formal tops (strappy, halter, crop tops) and easy to use so although I am not keen on her wearing any restrictive clothing, I am pleased.

Bring back AA cup bras for older women
No, I don't recommend this
Only bought because it seems M&S no longer sell AA cup bras for older women who are not first time bra wearers. The quality compared to previous M&S bras purchased is disappointing.

Why "First" Bra
As an "older" female I was very pleased to finally find a 36AA size but wish it wasn't titled a "First" bra. It was a little tighter than would have liked - we don't all have unwrinkled teenage skin. Please consider doing similar, slightly prettier for those of us who can't find small cupped bras.

The straps are not great

The shoulder straps are very narrow and this causes them to roll into an even narrower strap. They still work fine but a slightly wider strap would be better.
