I will be retuning the pillows because the seam had opened or wasn’t stitched properly on one and the filling was coming out of the approximately 10cm gap

As others have said, the price of these pillows reflect the quality. I had wondered if it was worth going cheap on these but because they were M&S, I thought perhaps I would be able to trust the quality. They are absolutely rubbish. Absolutely nothing in there, it’s almost like it’s packed with some cotton wool, honestly, I’ve never washed as I haven’t had them too long, I don’t spend a lot of time in bed, but they have completely misshapen and they are just no good anymore. So disappointing but then I suppose you get what you pay for. We spend 1/3 of our life in bed, we might not keep pillows for that long, but if you can, pay a bit more, because you’ll have to replace them in the long run which will be more money spent and then you might as well just spend that on better quality pillows. I’ve added a photo and I’ve folded over the part where it’s completely lost shape and it’s just generally full of bumps and lumps of uneven filling. Grrrrrr!!!!
