These trainer liners are OK, well made and the material is soft and comfortable but even though they are listed for size 9-12 feet they are too small for my size 11 feet and don't stay on, they fall down the heel and rut-up under the foot so I have to keep taking my shoes off to pull them up again. I am sure they will be fine for size 9 or 10 feet but don't buy them if you have size 11 or larger.

I am a lady with size 9 feet so I rarely find ladies trainer socks big enough for me. I have bought plain black men’s trainer socks in the past & they fitted well & we good quality. However, the quality & fit of these trainer socks is very poor. I have only worn one pair so far & they kept coming off my heels (very low cut). They were pulled on properly & if anything cramped my toes. A person with larger feet will definitely struggle with these socks. If I could return them I would.
