Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with 1 litre of fresh water and flower food (If provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

The first order arrived with the recipient dead. Very embarrassing as these were birthday gift from my mum to one of her friends. Mum is mostly housebound so on line shopping is mostly her only option.

The flowers arrived very limp and in some cases dead. I appreciate that they sometimes need reviving but these were beyond saving. I use M&S flowers all the time but this has put me off using them again.

The flowers arrived safely and my friend was delighted with them. However, the card I had asked for was not included and so she had to ask who the sender was!!! I did let her know but it would have been nicer if the card arrived with the flowers as requested.

2x things... my friend said roses did not last long but it was a lovely bouquet. I was dismayed that there was no card with it, wishing Happy Birthday, especially as it was her husbands anniversary. She had the embarrassing task , of asking around to see who had sent it. Surprising for M&S.

Disappointment righted with a bit of TLC

I was delighted to receive a bouquet but disappointed when I opened the box. The roses looked as though they were past their sell by date as the outer petals were brown & crinkled. Some of the flower heads on the freshia were dead. However by picking off the dead petals, beautiful roses appeared and were an exquisite colour. The freshia didn’t have the usual beautiful fragrance, perhaps because they were old, but looked pretty and made a nice display with the roses once the dead heads had been removed
