Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

Flower bouquets have been a bit hit and miss of late. I don’t know whether it’s courier/warehouse handling or what. The roses were dead within 3 days and the lisianthus looked quite battered. Such a shame as it is wasn’t the case the last time I gifted this bouquet.

These arrived a bit limp put them in water and they revived a bit but never lasted was disappointed, i think it might of been weather but then you should have a way of keeping them cool. I just didn't think they looked the freshest to begin with.
