Your beautiful bouquet will arrive in bud stage without water. This aims to save precious resources whilst ensuring that your flowers still arrive in perfect condition.
To prolong the life of your flowers, please re-cut the stems and remove all leaves that would be below the waterline
Place flowers in a clean vase, fill with one litre of fresh water and flower food (if provided), following the instructions on the sachet. Water in the vase should be topped up regularly

I had wrong house number on address for new home so flowers were delivered in recent extreme heat to neighbour not home and left outside from 10am-5pm then given to my friends. Absolutely terrible, delivered in a flat box to self assemble in vase. Have previously ordered flowers from M&S and they were in cellophane and boxed. Will never order flowers again from M&S. Extremely embarrassed as these were a gift!

I was a bit disappointed initially as a few of the roses were going brown on the outer petals. The whole thing took about 24 hours to perk up but the antirrhinums never did - they stayed bowed. The bouquet lasted well though.
