My wife loves this smell around the house so I ordered 3 bottles of it so she could top up when she ran out. All three bottles were only half full so we had to return. Disappointing as if you buy the set of 3 small ones the bottles are full.

I bought this the 1st time cos it matched my room colour - but the fragrance is lovely; not to overpowering or too sickly sweet, just gives a nice background scent to the room. ive since bought several more & a couple of the matching candles. But Please Please Please M&S produce a Refill bottle for this lovely fragrance so I dont have to keep buying more glass diffusers - that sadly now are wasted & unused. I just want to be able to refill the Diffusers I already have!

Have brought these several times before and whilst they look and smell lovely and are good value for money they are hard to open. The plastic bung is really tightly stuck and is really difficult to remove. I realise that they need to be securely sealed to avoid spillages but the last one to me 20 mins to get into with a spatula!

I bought this jasmine diffuser as a gift. The scent is lovely & I've bought it before for myself. However, this time I was incredibly disappointed to find that the container was only just over half full. Now I must admit I bought this with a 20% off offer, but I was still expecting a full container of the perfume. Very disappointing, Needed the gift, so kept it, but I won't buy again online. I shall need to be in store to inspect before I buy.

The smell is amazing but the bottle is only half full. Also, the stopper is near impossible to take off. Other than that, I love it. M&S, sort the stopper please and fill the bottle!
