Vomero 18 Trainers

ouch!! i cannot get these shoes to feel good. I loved the Vomero 17 but these hurt my feet so bad. They hurt my arches and give me blisters even after breaking them in for 6+ months.

Excellent shoes! I used to exclusively buy Brooks and tried these on a whim last year because I liked the assortment of colors offered. The Vomeros, in my opinion, have more cushion and bounce than the Brooks Glycerin, which are priced $20 higher. I have now switched exclusively to Vomeros and currently have four pairs! I wear my all black pair to work everyday as a chef and my feet couldn't be happier! (I'm on my third pair of all black Vomeros for work)I have a bunion on my left foot and these help to alleviate the pain associated with it.

I’ve been wearing the Nike Vomero 18 for walks, runs, and gym workouts, and they honestly feel like walking on clouds with the perfect amount of bounce. The cushioning is incredibly comfortable while still feeling responsive and supportive. Even after a long walk and run or time in the gym, my feet don’t hurt at all. They’ve quickly become my go-to shoes for just about everything. If you’re looking for a comfortable, versatile shoe that performs well for everyday wear, training, walking, and running, I highly recommend giving these a try. These are my second pair and I love them!

I have two pairs of these shoes. I have feet problems so I have to buy shoes with a lot of cushioning. These are very comfortable, and have great Cush. However, they are a little small on my feet and my big toe is too close to the end of the shoe which bothers me. My feet get very hot in these shoes if I wear them for too many hours.

This is the second pair of Nike vomero's I have purchased and they are not as comfortable as my first pair. After a couple of hours of wearing, my left foot is burning where i have a small bunion. My first pair I can wear all day with no problems.

I absolutely love these shoes. They are extremely comfortable to walk in.

Holy pain! I am a runner that one day will do sprints, the next run 8 miles and the next just 2 miles. I don’t run marathons but do the occasional 5K, however I am a weight lifter as well so balance my cardio. I am in great shape and have never had any injuries (I’m 38). I have always run in a Pegasus, but the last one was SO narrow (I wear a 6.5) it hurt my feet. I moved onto this Vomero. The positives, the bounce is awesome! You’ll feel like you’re flying! The fit was true to size and the colors are nice! The negatives, for the first time in my life I sprained my ankle in these. They are completely unforgiving if you don’t land perfectly straight. I was also having issues with my feet falling asleep no matter how much I adjusted the laces. My calf would ache so badly and my knees have started to give me problems. Needless to say I am done with these shoes. To put it into perspective. I’ll do a treadmill run and still have some gas to head into weights and bust out some curls or something. These shoes are unstable just standing. Needless to say, a lot of people are starting to report issues with these over cushioned shoes. A marathon runner friend of mine suggested the Brooks Adrenaline GTS25 to correct what the Vomero has done (which I just bought Brooks). For the first time in my entire life I’m running from Nike. I’m sad about it but this shoes just isn’t it!

Awesome shoe!!!! Ran 10 miles the first day, no blisters or rubbing!!! True to size as well. I go through a lot of shoes, the colors on the rubber came off right away on my last pair, I hope these look better longer.

Excellent, these vomero are so comfortable. My feet don’t ache after high impact training and running feels much easier as the shoes are like bouncing on clouds.

I love them, comfy, stylish and just all round awesome. However some advise should be given if your not familiar with running and going from one type of shoe to another, eg from Pegasus to Vomero to be cautious as the height and structure in trainers is different meaning your legs, calves and ankles will need to work differently - I found out the hard way and now have to ease myself into these trainers as they are so awesome I need to wear them!

These shoes are amazing. I received them for Christmas and took them for a first run today. The "spring" and cushioning are wild! They are easily the most comfortable Nikes I’ve ever owned. They feel incredibly light on my feet and fit perfectly true to size. If you’re looking for a shoe that combines high energy return with a soft landing, I can’t recommend these enough.
