Very secure & supportive, perfect for yoga

In the light indigo colour the padding is really visible, so I found it best to remove it. It covers most of the breast and feels very secure. There's lots of fabric below the bust which stops it riding up. Perfect for yoga and is my favourite sports bra for comfort and support.

As a tall slim person, I found that the straps were just a bit too short and dug into my shoulders. Also, it was a struggle to get it over my head because it was too tight and the next size up was too big in the breast area.

Comfortable for hiking, short runs (up to 4 miles) and weight lifting. When rucking with weighted backback and slender straps with metal rings dig in. That's not good. Otherwise fits well. Easy to get on and off.

This bra is so incredibly comfortable, I enjoy wearing it even when not working out. It eliminates the "solo boob" look. I like the pads, which are removeable. It provides plenty of support for weight lifting, biking, hiking, and even light jogging. Love them so much, I ordered two more!

This is a great fit and good for low impact activities like golf or yoga. Moves with the torso. Only issue is the pads within the cups shift after wash and are hard to align evenly. Not recommended for running or crossfit workouts as the support is insufficient. Perfect for hot yoga or regular yoga. Normal bra size 38D and XL fits perfectly.

This is one of the most comfortable bras i've ever worn! It's not very supportive, so low impact only...but it sure is comfy and I definitely want more! I followed the size chart and I would say it runs a little large (i.e. I'm a 36DD and I have to tighten it as far as it goes). In the future I would order a size down.
