It said on the product details these shoes were regular fit. When they arrived they were wide fitting. I checked the product information which definitely said they were regularly fitting. So I returned them and reordered but the same thing happened. I loved the shoes but they didn’t fit so disappointed.

Comfortable, cruelty-free and machine washable
I bought these because they seem comfortable and I like the fact that they are cruelty free (vegan) and machine washable. They are also a lovely neutral skin colour which is very flattering. However, I am returning as this was the second time I was sent a “wide-fit” instead of the advertised “regular-fit”. I won’t bother trying to purchase a third time. Customer Services asked me to edit my original review which mentions this error but I am including it so that they can put it right. It’s been quite a waste of time going back and forth to collect and return twice. Please would Customer Services contact me rather than asking me to edit my review? Thank you.
