Triumph 23 Trainers

I've been purchasing Saucony running shoes since the early 90's. The Triumph 23's are the worst shoe I've run in. They are too wide in the toe box and look like clown shoes. My arches were sore after just one outing in them because of lacking support in the mid-sole . The left shoe rubs on my ankle causing pain. After my first run I put them back in the box and planned on returning to Runner's Den Phoenix but didn't return within their 30 day window. I do not recommend the Triumph 23's. I avoided buying the 22's based on poor reviews. Please bring back the awesomeness of the Triumph 21's.

The lightest shoes ever bought, feel great and solid. My foot is long and narrow and these feel a bit large but still like them.

I got the all black ones. After only the first wear the black outer layer of the soles started to chip off revealing white underneath and they look very shabby.

This is my second pair of Triumph 23s. Easily the lightest and softest running shoe I've ever worn (in my short history of running). I wore my first pair on my first marathon and came back for another pair. For my next marathon, I think I will save another new pair that has only been worn for fewer than 50 miles before race day. These, like others I've had, seem to breakdown after 50-100 miles and then don't have quite the glorious cushion. Still great but not that fresh out-of-the box feel.

I bought this a month ago. The soles are literally disintegrating as I run on my treadmill. After 18 miles the inside sole is falling apart. I have been in saucony shoes for 12+ years. This is by far the poorest quality shoe from them I’ve had.

I am quite disappointed with this pair. I liked the Triumph 21s so much I bought two pairs. The 23s are nowhere near as good. Energy return feels poor and I seem to end up with inexplicable foot pain at around 5k, which I don’t get with any other trainer. Saucony: listen to the people and please remake the 21s!

Triumph it’s just the way to go best shoe they have to offer hands down.

I have been running in the Triumph for years and they continue to be my primary training shoe. I am 60 years old and run 5 - 10 miles per day and the plush cushioning of the Triumph keeps my knees from hurting as I train. By far the best shoes I have ever bought.

One of the most comfortable sneakers I have purchased. What you wear on your feet are very important to how you feel. My back problems are gone.

I was having serious foot pain. Assumed I’d need surgery. I tried this shoe because it has a wide toe box and a lot of cushion. And I have a bunion. I had no expectations that a sneaker would make much difference. But all my pain has gone away while wearing this shoe. I’m actually shocked. I never write reviews but had to for this one!

Bought this shoe recently; really like the fit , support, and cushioning . The outsole is wearing away unbelievably fast. Usually run about 30 miles a week, shoes will have to be retired in about 3 months or less.

It is as usual a very comfortable sneaker with maximum cushioning . However after wearing it for three weeks, I noticed a small part of the foam separating from the side. Probably it was due to my cleaning it with soap and using paper to apply it. I submitted a form stating there was a defect. In the many years that I have had Saucony sneakers I never had such a problem. .

Comfortable shoe but the dark colored midsole on the Grey/Shadow colorway has gotten damaged very easily after less than 50 miles of running which has resulted in white spots and accelerated wear on the shoe.

Liking them. Looks awesome. Quality js excellent….
