First time buying these boots/shoes. They are amazing. I see others complain about comfort but I disagree. These are one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. They are also waterproof. I have stepped in multiple puddles with my shoes submerged and my feet stay dry every time. They are very warm for the harsh winter here In Toronto. I highly recommend you purchase these shoes.

The stiff heel counter caused rubbing on the back of my heel, which left it scratched and uncomfortable. After wearing the shoes for a while, my pinky toe also started to hurt. I wish the materials were softer and more flexible, especially for something meant to be worn throughout a long day.
