Needed a warmer duvet as hubby complains the 3 tog is not sufficient (I beg to differ of course). This is lighweight and of good quality just as you would expect from M&S, time is needed for it to mould slightly more to our bodies as it is a bit 'stiff' but in time it will come good.

Thicker than expected
I wanted something warmer than my 7.5 tog quilt but not as heavy as a 13.5. This is thicker than a 13.5 tog from the same range. I guess I keep it until it gets really cold and use the older 13.5 tog one for now.

I bought this duvet for my husband to replace an old one and he is very pleased with it, very warm and not heavy. Obviously I haven’t washed it yet so can’t comment on the claim that it is ‘supremely washable’ but so far very pleased. Also very good value for money.

This is a nice quality duvet, very lightweight but also warm so far. Also bought with a discount so excellent value for money. However having used a feather duvet last time round and then swapped back to a synthetic one, based on availability, I have to say that I prefer the feather one as they are heavier and drape around you as opposed to lay over you, but that's just me.
