Absolutely so happy i bought these. Really comfortable & once id adjusted laces how i needed them on receiving them for first time, you just pop them on & zip them up each time from then on. Heel height is perfect for me as i wanted comfort but not completely flat. A lovely soft suede that has given a bit after a few wears but fitted lovely anyway. Im a UK 6.5 -7 so bought the size 7 so i can wear thicker socks if i wanted. A lovely chocolate brown that cleans lovely with a gentle brush of a suede brush

Front of sole scuffed just after (1hr) one wear. Nice colour and comfortable boots but really disappointed with quality mentioned above for price paid. If only had i not worn it and really needed it for snow grip, I would have returned it.

Was very happy when I received this boots because they fit well, look nice and very comfortable. But unfortunately the heel starting to peel after only being worn couple of times - as shown on a photo. Will have to return boots but it’s a shame because would be happy to wear them if the cost of repair was covered.

I’ve searched for months for boots that fit, are comfortable and don’t look like builders’ boots. Haven’t worn these outside yet but they feel good. They’re on the big side so fine with thick socks. They fit well round the ankles. The laces were unattractive but that’s easily remedied. I’m looking forward to taking these for a walk.

I think these boots were each made in a different factory. The toe pieces are different sizes. Such a shame! I would have kept otherwise. This happens a lot with M & S own brand.

Smart Suede Ankle Boots
These brown suede boots are so comfortable on as they have a cushioned sole. It comes in a mid-brown shade and look extremely smart on. I would recommend them.

Nice boots. Bought as I liked the brown suede, makes a change from all my black boots. Not worn yet as it’s been so wet so can’t say how comfortable they are to wear. Bought the size 5, enough room for thicker socks. Seemed fine around the house. The sole on the side of one boot was slightly damaged but not enough to warrant sending back.
