the fur across the slippers was of different width on each. a very basic quality fault, more care needed and if we were not in a "shielded lockdown situation" we would have returned them to a store. POOR

I expected the slippers to be larger - am usually size 6.5-7 but I'd only wear them indoors - very comfortable - roll on the cold weather so I can give them a true assessment!

These are the best slippers I've ever had. Need to order a size larger though as I ordered my true size and they were a bit short, as my heel slightly overhung the back of the slipper. This happened to my first pair so you really do need to order a size larger than your true size. No problems with the free return from my local M&S food store.Super comfy and warm. Well worth the money. M&S please do not stop selling these.

Heel is slightly higher than expected. Not quite ballerina type. Little wider fit but generally comfortable. The reason for 4 star is potential to twist the ankle with higher heel and wider fit. Otherwise very comfy. Material looks good but it's only 2 weeks - only time will tell.

They seem to be a well made slipper and the size is just right but my problem is the solid, unbending sole. It seems really clumpy and to my mind heavy. As I'm self isolating with no one to return them, I will try and love them. They might grow on me.
