Leather Chukka Boots

I have purchased two pairs of these boots and have been so disappointed. M&S are my first call for footwear always being able to find a size 6 however concerning this boot the size 6 I received was ridiculously small I could not get my foot even part way in. I ordered a replacement in size 7 but they were so narrow as to be impossible to wear.

I ordered these in two sizes 9.5 &10, I have always been a size 10 and a regular purchaser of M &S clothing including shoes but was very disappointed to find that I was unable to get my foot into these boots, far to tight. I feel that M &S should examine there sizes as I will have to look elsewhere for a supplier.

I bought these for my husband as he loved the style but in his normal size the toe area was much too narrow. We exchanged them for a size up and although the toes were fine, they slipped off the back of his feet! Unfortunately will have to return.

Very nice looking shoe however I take a size 7 and ordered this size as usual. Inexplicably when they arrived I could not even get them on. The size on the shoe said they were a 7 but either this was a manufacturer error or the country of origin have a different idea what a uk size 7 is. I would not recommend this shoe unless you order a size or two larger than you normally need

The boots arrived in a bag, no box for protection? thankfully there were no scratches on them but it’s put me off buying footwear from M&S.

I ordered these boots online. Ordered a size 8 and was sent a size 9 with no invoice included. Now I have the return them and have a lengthy wait at customer service desk

Persuaded my husband to go for these boots instead of shoes. He wasn’t disappointed, fit well true to his normal size, very comfortable from the first wearing. Great quality leather which will distress slightly as worn, bought in tan. Solid sole. Although bought for casual wear would look equally as good in the office if it was a smart casual dress code.

Disappointed. They look quite good at first glance, but the shoes are too tight at the front, and too loose at the back. When I walk in them they hurt the bridge of my foot and my big toe. However they also move about so much at the heel that I'm pretty certain if I wore them for any time they'd give me blisters on the heel. There is a lot of resistance when you try to tie the shoelaces and the interior of the shoes feels cheap. Also they're deliberately scuffed/aged/darkened at the toe. Why would the manufacturers do that? Sadly I'm going to return them.

Had to return as the boots did not fit and were very narrow. All my shoes/ boots are size 9, and I have not had this problem before.

My husband loves these chukka boots, they are modern, stylish, gorgeous colour.

I bought these for my partner and he absolutely loves them. Super comfortable, great fit. Great quality and value for money.

Having read a previous review which suggested these boots fitted a little small I ordered a half size bigger, they were still way too tight across the foot, but were OK in length. They also much rounder in the toe that appeared to be the case from the online images.
