Suede A-Line Skirt

As a previous reviewer has suggested, I suspect that the sizing of this skirt varies considerably between batches. Ordered the skirt online in my usual M&S size (12); found it to be a very snug 12 rather than the usual M&S feel-good version; swapped in-store for a 14, which appears to be about two sizes larger... That aside, the skirt seems to live up to the hype. The suede is excellent -- thick but very soft.

I bought this suede skirt in the sale and it was a real bargain. Unfortunately I didn't like the horizontal seam across the back of the skirt as it only seamed to cut me in two!

Beautiful skirt in lovely tan suede. Perfect size ten. Looks really smart with knee length tan leather boots and cream or black cashmere. Outstanding stitching emphasises seams and pockets. Really pleased with my purchase.

I saw this in store a while ago but it was a bit pricey. I got the tan suede coat for Christmas and as the skirt was on sale I had to buy it. I am wearing these together as they are a perfect match, beautiful colour and very soft suede. I am slim built and the size 6 was a perfect fit; I agree with other reviewers that if you are between sides go larger. The length was midi (I am 5.5) and though the skirt is longer than the coat, it is the same colour so looks fine. I think I will wear this for years,

I lusted after this skirt from the off but couldn't justify the price to myself, so when I saw it in the sale for a quarter of the original price - I snapped it up. Sadly I had to return my bargain purchase. I'm 5'7" and a size 10 and although the skirt fitted me perfectly, the A-Lline was SO A-Line that it looked quite ridiculous. That said, I've still rated the skirt as excellent as I still think it is - it just wasn't didn't work for me.

This skirt feels lovely on & is very nicely made. I first admired it on the mannequin in the store so I was delighted to see it so heavily reduced in the sales & still available in my size. Am hoping it won't mark too easily when worn.

Really good quality skirt, and a bargain in the sale. I am 5ft 5 and the skirt is calf length and a good fit. If you are between an 8 and 10 go for the 10. It's my first suede skirt and I can't wait to wear it.

I've been wanting this skirt for a while but had to wait until it was more affordable for me. I had already tried on a 10 in store (my normal size), but found it too 'hippy'. I didn't think an 8 would fit (as all the reviewers seem to say it runs small), but decided to give it a try as its now such a good price. I picked up my skirt today and am delighted it fits like a glove. I even managed to get an extra £5.00 off using a promo code. Thanks Marks!

Bought this in the sale so got a great deal! Am a size 8 and the size 8 I ordered fitted perfectly. Excellent cut, fit and quality, the skirt looks far more expensive than original price.
