I've worn Lee for 30+ years as they are the best fit for me. But they arent a patch on what they were - I dislike "stretch" and we arent all "skinny fit". Having just bought a pair of Brooklyn in 40" waist (I'm probably still a 38" but..), I see that they are narrower at the ankle than an old pair of 36". Why?

It was surprising to find M & S had Lee jeans for sale on line and even more surprising that they had them in my size which I had been unable to find in other premium denim brands. So I bought 2 pairs immediately and they fitted perfectly , with a great fabric colour and quality. So I was a very happy bunny !!
