Spring Days Bouquet

This was for our family when they moved into a new house so I did not see the bouquet. However, we received a phone call to say it was absolutely beautiful and our daughter-in-law was 'thrilled to bits' with it. Also, I only ordered the flowers about 6.00p.m. and they were delivered mid-morning the next day, so very impressed with the efficiency. Thank you very much and I shall certainly use this service again.

I chose this bouquet for my Aunt , for Easter ,from my self my daughters & grand daughter. She has been unwell < She was delighted with it. We send her one at Christmas too, she always comments on your lovely bouquets. Thank you M&S

I recently received a gift of M&S Spring Bouquet. Initially I thought the flowers looked nice but sparse in quantity. The next morning I noticed one of the roses had drooped it's head and the morning after that two of the gerbera had done the same. The stalks were soft and there was no way of reviving the flowers in question. Now the cost of this Spring bouquet is £30 and A TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY. I'm quite sure the person who gave me this bouquet did not expect such inferior quality from M&S - nor did I. From now on I won't be risking sending flowers from M&S and believe me I have done this A LOT in the past. An interesting comment just passed from a family member perfectly sums up the description of these flowers: "They are terrible looking flowers"! What more can I say?!! They are rubbish!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two of the stocks were damaged, and the foliage was a really random cut of a plant. Sent without water, they were floppy when they arrived, even though they came first thing in the morning. They never quite made up for this and I had to throw half of them out after 5 days, even though they were guaranteed for 7 days. The card says keep chopping the stems, changing the water etc and they will last for longer but even with this there was no improvement. As a selection of flowers they don't really go together either. Choose something else!

My sister received it on her birthday, she was totally excited by the quantity and quality of the blooms when she phoned me. The roses included are still alive some 4 weeks after they arrived, whilst the rest of the blooms lasted until just about 7days ago-so they were really fresh when put together. I really cannot express how pleased she was with them. I will certainly use this service again and have no hesitation in recommending it.

My wife was thrilled to receive this bouquet and commented how bright and stunning the flowers were. Nice job M&S!
