I previously had the 7 inch 2-in-1 shorts which were good. These are better with more pockets including two zipped side pockets, two unzipped side pockets and a phone holder pocket on the inner lined right leg. I find that I can comfortably take four energy gels on long runs, two in either zipped pocket, plus my phone. I've already purchased another pair and will get more in the future when other shorts need replacing.

Bought several of these now, absolutely amazing, you could spend twice the money on big brand versions but these are better, 5 pockets 2 are.ziped and the 5th is a phone holder I'm the inner short lining, it's not mentioned anywhere in the description and it should be, I can run with my phone, key gloves and credit card and cash all perfectly secure
