Love this mug!! Loving the nice big handles and it’s a good size mug… l love a big cup of tea!! Gorgeous finish and great that it can go in the dishwasher. I think it’s a good price for the quality you get from M&S. I’ve bought 4 in total and I’m thinking of purchasing more as spares for those unfortunate accidents. Thank you M&S… a happy customer!!

Flawed design

Look great but terrible design - returned! These mugs look lovely and were the perfect standard size plus comfortable to hold but to make the wide handle, they are hollow with a small hole in - after one wash the handles were full of water which I could hear sloshing around but couldn’t get out, when heated in the microwave, the water in the handle heated up making it burning hot to hold. Overall unhygienic and hazardous so I’ve returned all 4 of them (all had the same issue)
