About this bottle: This fine sparkling wine is from South Africa's most famous wine region, Stellenbosch in the Western Cape. It has been made from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown in environmentally friendly vineyards and produced in the same careful, meticulous way as used in Champagne. The result is a sparkling wine of great finesse with complex and delicious layers of flavour. The winemakers are Jeff Grier and Anton Smai.

A light dry Champagne with lovely finesse and citrus character. Pale lemon colour and a tight mousse are the hallmarks of fine sparkling wine. Charles Freminet Brut is made with all three Champagne grapes and is the ideal aperitif or special occasion bubbly.

About this bottle: Our new Champagne, developed exclusively for the website by our resident expert Chris Murphy and the team behind Oudinot. We worked closely with their winemaker to develop this Champagne, creating a unique style with great elegance and lively zesty lemon character.

Perfectly clear with a fine mousse, this Italian sparkling white has a creamy nose with hints of candy floss.

About this bottle: The popularity of Prosecco is at an all time high and it’s not surprising because it is a delightfully approachable sparkling white. This example is made by winemaker Alberto Fabretti from specially selected grapes grown on hills and plains in the Veneto and Friuli regions of Northern Italy. Recent changes in quality laws decreed that Prosecco became the appellation name and the grape re-named ‘Glera’ a historical reference.

The wine is absolutely delicious and instantly appealing.

About this bottle: Réserve de Sours originally dates back to the 14th century. The current house was built in 1792 by the Comtes du Richémont, who survived the French Revolution and subsequently renovated the property and planted its first vines and after whom this wonderful rosé wine is named. Over the past 5 years the property has once again been renovated and restored to its former glory by proprietors Martin and Nicolette Krajewski and now produces a fine range of excellent wines.

A characterful and beautifully easy-drinking fizz with exotic flavours of passion fruit and mango.

About this bottle: Prime Sauvignon Blanc fruit from New Zealand's famous Marlborough region was added to the blend to create this richly textured, brightly flavoured fizz.
